Integrating with SugarCRM Follow

Setup Process

Please ensure that you have the following details from the client before progressing with the integration. You will need to have login credentials to SugarCRM with permissions to post lead data:

  • The client’s field names
  • API URL
  • username
  • password
  • client_id
  • client_secret

1. Log into the Convertr platform and select View next to the correct campaign.

 


 
2. Within the Leads heading in your campaign, select the Processr tab, then navigate to Integration.

 

 
3. Select Add Job.
 
 


4. Use the dropdown to select Sugar CRM Integration.

5. Using the details provided by the client fill in the username, password, client_id and client_secret, and the crm_url. Once completed, select Save.

6. Insert the field names provided by the client on the left hand side of the configuration box, then click Save.

Please note: The clients field names should be entered on the left and the matching Convertr field names are entered on the right, as shown in the example below:

7. At the top of the page click Mappings and match the name fields with the input fields:
