Approving Publisher Test Emails – Manual Process Follow

1. Subject Line
The client specifies the subject line; it must match exactly.

2. From Name
This is specified by the client and must match exactly.

3. Attribution Tracking
This is monitored within the platform. Within the correct campaign select the publishers. The number under the Clicks heading must increase once the email has been selected; if this does not work, the tracking is incorrect. The impression tracker should also increase once the email has been opened.
 
4. A CTA button
Once the button is clicked, it must take you to the correct form.
 
5. Unsubscribe button
The unsubscribe button must be present within the email. It must also be functioning correctly; ensure that this has been tested.
 
6. Test lead
Send a test lead through the form to ensure that it enters the platform correctly.
 
ONLY ONCE ALL THE ABOVE HAVE BEEN COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY CAN A PUBLISHER TEST EMAIL BE APPROVED.
