Support Ticket Process
1. Email your issue to email@example.com or your enterprise support email address.
2. Include as much detail about the issue at hand. We suggest that you include the below in all enquiries (if applicable):
- Campaign ID (CID)
- Lead ID
- An example of the issue, including a screenshot of the problem
- Enterprise URL - i.e. [enterprise].cvtr.io
- Support details - please send a screenshot of the information you receive when you click here
A member of the team will respond to your ticket within 24-48 hours. If your query is urgent, contact your designated Client Success Manager.
