Form Has Not Generated
Please make sure that you have completed the following:
1. Ensure that the form has been enabled by navigating to the Creatives tab within your campaign and selecting Forms from the dropdown menu. Under the form name, tick the Enabled Form box and click Save.
2. Check to see that there are no error messages in the Form Preview. The error message will state which field contains the error.
3. If neither of the above steps solve your issue, and you can still not find the form, please email the Support team at email@example.com and include the following information:
- The Campaign ID
- Description of the issue in as much detail as possible.
- A print screen of the issue - this will let us know exactly what you are facing.
