Important: Please note that any leads that are reprocessed would incur the same charge as a new lead, as this lead goes through all the validation/verification checks again.
1. Find the lead or leads that you would like to reprocess in the Leads tab of the campaign or in the Live Leads tab.
2. Select the leads that you would like to reprocess.
Note: These leads have to be marked as undelivered before they can be reprocessed. See the following document: 'How to Mark a Lead as Undelivered?' to action this.
3. Click Admin and select Reprocess from the dropdown menu.
4. Agree to the T&C by providing your name for audit purposes.
5. Refresh your page to update your leads' status.
