Overview

Our Multiple Camapign Integration allows you to send leads directly into a campaign within your own Convertr platform. This can be useful in terms of lead management by allowing you to have one central campaign which then splits leads into different campaigns based on certain criteria, such as region.

All of the lead data will be sent into the new campaign, so there's no need to map all of the individual fields. The Publisher will not be carried over, however, so if this is needed, you will instead want to use our HTTP Integration and the Campaign Webhook, where the Publisher information can be included. Value Based Routing can be utilised to ensure leads are sent into the correct campaigns.

Prerequisites

You will need the following information:

1. Campaign ID(s)

2. Fieldname and value(s)

Setup

1. Navigate to your chosen campaign, and go to Processr > Integration. Click Add Job, then select Multiple Campaign Integration.

2. Click Configure beside the integration and you will see the below default values:

3. Input your required details as needed. In this scenario, we are sending leads into two different campaigns based on the value in the country field.

Leads from United Kingdom and France will route into CID 44042, while leads from Japan and Venezuela will be sent into CID 44041.

NB: If sending leads to more than one campaign, you may need to move the fields so that they are in the correct alignment.

This can be done by using the mceclip0.png icon beside the field and dragging it to the correct position.

4. Click Save once all the settings have been configured. You can then send a test lead through the integration to ensure everything works as expected.
